RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Deluxe Uniform Co., we take pride in our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns and exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of Deluxe Uniform Co. and may be subject to a 12% restocking fee.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging. A Return Authorization Number (RMA #) is required for all returns and exchanges, and requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original ship date.
Items that show signs of wear (e.g., stains, odors, animal hair, deodorant marks, etc.) or have been altered in any way will not be accepted. Please begin your return process by visiting our Returns Page.
Accessories and special order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. All returns are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning items. Deluxe Uniform Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or untraceable returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any shipping charges related to exchanges.
Refused or undeliverable packages may incur additional return shipping costs, depending on the method used. If assessed, these fees will either be deducted from your refund or must be paid before we re-ship your order.
Please note: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly through Deluxe Uniform Co. We are unable to process requests from third-party retailers or resellers.
